On Nov. 3, Talent Corp., an organization under the Ministry of Human Resources, CEO, Thomas Mathew and representatives of foreign chambers of commerce gathered together to discuss related issues. KOCHAM Chairman Dato’ Roh Jae-yeol attended the meeting. The meeting discussed visa issue which is common issue to the chambers of commerce, especially those related to Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T). In order to share difficulties related to visa issuance, improvements and suggestions regarding PR-T of expatriates, and to simplify visa process for future investment/entry companies, it was decided to establish a procedure to identify enterprises and expatriates and approve them through a fast track through each country’s chamber of commerce (KOCHAM, etc.).
